How does Catrupt work?
Choose an app, then follow the guide to connect it with Apple Shortcuts. The next time you open that app, a cat gives you a short pause. When the countdown ends, you decide whether to continue.
Will I still be able to open my apps?
Yes. After the pause, you can continue to your app or decide you’re good without it. You can also set up Rules for times when you want selected apps to rest.
Is Catrupt free?
You can pause one app for free. Catrupt Plus lets you guard more apps. You can see the available plans and prices in the app.
How do I find more cats?
Keep taking pauses and making intentional choices. Different milestones reveal new cats, each with their own personality and scenes.
