1. Overview
Catrupt helps you build more intentional phone habits with a little help from cats. These terms explain use of Catrupt. For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs your app license.
2. Using Catrupt
You are responsible for the settings and automations you choose. Catrupt is a personal wellbeing tool, not a medical service or an emergency safeguard. Device permissions, operating system changes, and your Shortcuts configuration can affect how pauses work.
3. Subscriptions
Catrupt offers optional paid features. Available plans, prices, billing periods, and any trial conditions are shown before purchase. Apple processes App Store payments. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through Apple.
4. Acceptable use
Please use Catrupt lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not:
- Use the service to harm, harass, or impersonate others.
- Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service.
- Copy or distribute protected app content without permission, except where the law permits it.
5. Intellectual property
Catrupt’s design, original artwork, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Using Catrupt does not transfer ownership of that content. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local app data, optional account features, analytics, purchases, and your choices. Contact us if you have a question about your information.
7. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Catrupt useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome. The warranty and liability provisions in Apple’s Standard EULA apply to the iOS app. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Catrupt evolves. The date above indicates the latest update. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law.
